So yesterday i suddenly got the urge to start reading this beautiful hardback copy of Ulysses by James Joyce that I got for christmas. I was going to wait a while for when I wasn't reading anything else. (Currently reading Crime and Punishment for English and Love in the Time of Cholera for myself) But i suddenly got the urge to read it. For those who don't know, Ulysses is indeed a bitch of a book, considered one of the greatest and hardest to read. I spent about fourty-five minutes reading the first chapter just to make sure I understood everything. so far i highly recommend it.

the movies have pissed me off recently because recently i've seen so many of the good oscar-worthy pictures and now it's the time of year when studios dump out their crap. I saw a Underworld Evolution a few days ago and couldn't fully enjoy it because I knew that in the grand scheme of things, it wasn't a good movie. I CAN'T WAIT NINE MONTHS FOR THE GOOD MOVIES TO COME BACK, I'LL GO CRAZY. Especially this year, almost everything coming out is a sequal or remake. I'm expected to pay $10 for that crap. WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!??????

something very important happened to me today. I recieved my first spam email promising to boost my sex life and enhance myself. Considered framing it and putting it on the wall but then thought different.

first of all i would like to announce that this january is the one year anniversary of me and my car. Happy Anniversary car!!


second of all: two days ago while flipping through the channels, i found a show on the bible network that had christian teens trying to find the inner meaning to the Lenny Kravitz song "Lady", it was indeed the funninest thing i think will ever exist.

Fourth: i seem to have developed a problem where i keep buying books. I can't stop myself and continuously buy books I'm going to and want to read but won't have time to for a while. It is indeed a problem. but one i can live with.

fifth: for those of you who don't know I've recently become addicted to coffee. Unfortuneately only the coffee from places like Dunkin' Dounuts. I can't make it at home and i think i'm going to go crazy soon if i don't get some fucking coffee.
